Jesus’ light dispels spiritual darkness

Physical light allows us to perceive the world around us. It reveals God’s handiwork in creation. However, there is a deeper Light a Spiritual Light —the Light of the World, Jesus Christ. He came to declare and impart spiritual truth. John 8:12 records Jesus’ words: “I am the Light of the World.” His light dispels spiritual darkness.
